For the past 18 years, I have worked in the IT Industry learning how to apply my academic and professional background towards launching a successful career as a business owner to help support residents and small businesses by creating an IT Agency Firm that will provide the ultimate service they need to keep their personal and business lives together. Months prior I have created surveys through several small businesses and universities throughout Utah to help fulfill the 5 keys to success which are:

5. Measure (Train, Test & Maintain)

From here it has provided me with opportunities for professional development and advancement in exchange for demonstrating a drive and commitment to superior performance.

As New Year approaches I begin to complete my Business Startup Checklist and say two things to myself every day. First I would say "Yes I can develop my idea and start my own business to solve the common issues that small businesses and people comely have". Secondly, I would say "Ambition is the first step towards success". After months of deliberation, I finally had an idea that Nite CF will have two platforms, Residential and Business. Here our qualified IT specialist communicates effectively to relay important information, stays up-to-date with current technologies, and quickly resolves issues to ensure client satisfaction.

I believe that entrepreneurs should start a business they love, earn more money and live the life they want. I want Nite CF to provide hands-on experience while providing opportunities to train and maintain contractors while serving our clients and customers to turn their dreams into reality even if you don’t have a business idea or don’t know where to start.

Business development is a crucial stage in preparing for our launch date which includes creating activities across different departments, including sales, marketing, project management, product management, and vendor management. Nite CF started to network, negotiate, partnerships, and cost-savings efforts during this stage. All of these different departments and activities are driven by and aligned with the business development goals.

I have spent several months of deliberation to begin the process of launching the business. As an Entrepreneur, I am devoted to spending massive amounts of time, money, and emotional investment in launching our new venture. We have spent energy to establish a sizable customer base, purchase inventory, open bank accounts and hire contractors to fulfill the services we offer to our clients and customers. Having many sleepless nights from a combination of worries about the future and expectations for developmental milestones. Nite CF started to achieve a level of expanded capabilities and established a reputation, encountered increased demand, and stabilized its business practices throughout the year.

First, we had to create an official service beta test launch with the products and services we will be offering to our customers and clients on our Residential Platform. Here we planned and coordinated an effort to debut to the market and make that generally available for purchase. The Residential Platform Beta Test Launch serves many purposes for our organization giving customers and clients the chance to buy the new product or service we offer. The customers and clients who volunteered to participate in our beta launch provided an opportunity for live scenarios to occur that will be documented and discussed in our conference meetings called "The Think Tank". Where we address and create implemented plans to improve our platform before the big day of our Launch Date.

Secondly, the Residential Platform Official Launch Date is when we finally offer our new product and services on a wide scale in all of our Coverage Areas. Our Beta Version has helped us create better and improved products and services for our customers and clients.......
